Align Technology is seeking a Business Innovation Manager for the EMEA team, starting in the UK, with strong fintech partnerships and POS financing experience. The role focuses on developing strategic programs, insights, and scalable rollouts across the UK and northern Europe.

The ideal candidate brings 6-10 years in business development/finance with excellent stakeholder influence, change leadership, and a global mindset. International exposure and strong analytical skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, MBA preferred.
• 6-10 years in business development, finance, sales, relationship management or consulting with focus on POS financing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience contracting with and managing third-party vendors.
• Customer orientation with results focus and the ability to inspire others.
• Strategic thought leadership with clear direction and impact.
• Cross-functional understanding across sales, marketing, service, product, finance and operations.
• Process orientation in a fast-growing organization.

Responsabilités

• Establish and execute commercialization plans for customer financing in the UK and Europe.
• Develop materials to enable implementation and transition to internal/external customers.
• Analyze program effectiveness and provide reporting to Finance on partnerships.
• Regularly communicate with program teams, management and executives on status.
• Manage all third-party POS financing contracting and vendor relationships.
• Lead future business innovation projects with high business impact.
