The Carlyle Group in London seeks a Manager, EMEA Finance Operations & Systems to lead techno-functional work for FPO across EMEA. Based in London, you will bridge US FPO leadership with London finance, applying AI, low-code, and scripting to modernize regional finance operations.

You will own regional requirements end-to-end, lead small-to-medium initiatives, and work with governance across data, systems, and processes. 4 days in-office weekly.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 5–7 years in finance operations, business systems, or techno-functional roles, with regional/EMEA exposure.
• Hands-on experience building with Power Platform or Appian; not just familiarity.
• Working coding ability such as Python, SQL, or VBA for automation and data work.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to finance workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as regional SME for EMEA finance business processes and the technical landscape across financial systems.
• Lead AI/technology initiatives and drive adoption of generative AI workflows and scripting solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain low-code/no-code solutions on the Power Platform and comparable platforms.
• Document requirements, write user stories, and lead regional UAT and testing.
• Oversee regional initiatives end-to-end in agile delivery and stakeholder management.
