Job summary

The Carlyle Group in London is seeking a Manager, EMEA Finance Operations & Systems to lead regional finance processes and technology strategy. Based in London, you will partner with US FPO and London finance leadership to deliver global-aligned solutions across VAT, multi-currency, and regulatory reporting.

You will design and build low-code solutions on Power Platform, develop integrations using Python/SQL, and drive AI-enabled improvements across the EMEA region while managing stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years in finance operations, business systems, or a techno-functional role with regional/EMEA exposure.
• Hands-on experience building with Power Platform or Appian; coding in Python/SQL/VBA for automation and data work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional SME for EMEA finance processes and technical landscape, mapping regional operations to firmwide platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain low-code/no-code solutions and workflow automations on Power Platform and similar platforms; develop integrations and data transformations.
• Lead testing (UAT) and end-to-end delivery for regional initiatives; maintain reusable components and documentation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across regions, translating regional needs into firmwide solutions and bridging time zones.
• Drive data analysis, process improvement, and change management to standardize and modernize EMEA finance operations.
