Job summary

Trojan Technologies, part of Veralto, seeks an EHS Specialist for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will build strong cross-functional EHS programs across Trojan, Veralto and external agencies, driving safety policy implementation and regulatory compliance.

You will lead risk assessments, training, audits, and incident investigations, while coordinating with regional management to elevate EHS performance and ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification required.
• NEBOSH Diploma preferred; IOSH membership preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in field service, industrial, engineering, or technical ops environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Field Operations EHS Specialist and Trojan EHS to drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with UK and international EHS regs and Veralto standards.
• Manage third-party EHS providers and health monitoring programs.
• Promote proactive safety culture through training, investigations, and audits.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and onboarding for new associates.
