Job summary

Trojan Technologies, a Veralto company, is seeking an EHS Specialist for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will develop and maintain best-in-class safety programs, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations while collaborating across Trojan, Veralto, and external agencies.

You will lead risk assessments, audits, and training, driving a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement. Travel across the UK/EMEA is required as needed.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health & safety qualification required.
• NEBOSH Diploma preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in field/service/industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Field Operations EHS team to implement strategies and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with UK & regional EHS regulations and Veralto standards across UK/EMEA field operations.
• Coordinate health surveillance, medical monitoring, and third-party EHS providers.
• Promote proactive safety culture through training, investigations, audits, and meetings.
• Develop and deliver EHS training and onboarding for new associates.
• Utilize EHS tools (e.g., Cority) to track KPIs and drive CAPAs.
• Conduct risk assessments for equipment, processes and locations.
• Perform field inspections and regulatory compliance audits.
• Maintain EHS documentation including SDS and injury records.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and incident response.
• Support additional EHS projects as needed.
