Job summary

Trojan Technologies, a Veralto company, is seeking an EHS Specialist for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to advance safety programs and regulatory compliance across Field Operations.

Reporting to the Global EHS Manager, you will develop and monitor safety initiatives, promote a proactive safety culture, and collaborate with Trojan/Veralto teams to protect people and resources. Expect travel within the UK/EMEA and a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• NEBOSH Diploma preferred.
• IOSH membership preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in field service/industrial environments.
• Solid knowledge of UK and international EHS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement EHS strategies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa for Field Operations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Veralto standards.
• Lead training programs and safety onboarding for new associates.
• Track KPIs, analyze incident trends and drive CAPAs.
• Conduct risk assessments of equipment, chemicals and work locations.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities.
