Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Manager, External Communications and Marketing, EMEA to support the Marketing Director and drive high-impact external communications and corporate marketing programs across EMEA. You’ll translate strategy into clear messaging, develop polished content, and coordinate awards submissions and events with regional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, external communications, corporate communications, event communications, or related roles; healthcare, agency, professional services, or B2B experience preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and message development skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for external audiences.
• Experience supporting external campaigns, corporate marketing programs, executive communications, thought leadership, social content, website content, event communications, speaking opportunities, or industry visibility programs.
• Experience writing or coordinating awards submissions, speaker nominations, case studies, abstracts, or recognition programs preferred.
• Experience working with or supporting EMEA markets, regional communications, global teams, cross-time-zone collaboration, or market-specific stakeholder needs preferred.
• Excellent organization, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across Marketing, Communications, External Communications, regional teams, business leaders, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute integrated external communications programs aligned to corporate priorities and EMEA growth objectives.
• Translate strategy and stakeholder input into clear messaging, briefs, and deliverables across channels and markets.
• Manage timelines, inputs, reviews, approvals, and launch plans to ensure high-quality output.
• Draft and edit external-facing content including announcements, website copy, social content, thought leadership, and event materials.
• Support external events, awards submissions, speaker nominations, and market visibility initiatives.
• Maintain calendars, editorial plans, events trackers, and channel plans; align with cross-functional partners to tell Real Chemistry’s story.
