Job summary

Encore, based in the U.K. and London area, seeks a Director of Marketing and Communications to develop and execute integrated plans across EMEA. The role leads branding, content, and demand generation to fuel sales and partner growth.

Reporting to the Sr Director, Corporate Communications, this position drives communications strategy, executive messaging, and collaboration with regional leaders to enhance Encore's global presence and market impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Significant experience in corporate communications and executive communications.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles and digital strategy.
• Bi-lingual communication skills (French, German, Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans and activities to meet brand and business objectives.
• Lead thought leadership and content strategy to position Encore EMEA as a strategic leader.
• Manage internal and external communications, including leadership messaging and media relations.
• Oversee marketing budget, campaigns, and demand generation to grow the CRM database.
• Collaborate with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to align Encore’s brand and messaging.
