Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Structured Products Operations Senior Associate to support EMEA Equity Derivative Structured Products Desks. The role covers pre-trade approvals, trade bookings, validations, and lifecycle management.

You will improve processes, reduce manual tasks, and work with Bloomberg/Reuters data sources to validate economics and settlements across front, middle, and back offices.

Qualifications

• Excellent product knowledge on a range of Structured Products across asset classes.
• Understanding of booking flows from risk systems to settlement and lifecycle management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain controls under pressure.
• Proactive problem solving with ownership of root causes and resolutions.
• Ability to build cross-team relationships and work with multiple JPM teams.

Responsabilités

• Works with sales to provide pre-trade approvals on new structured, ensuring clients onboarding and pre-trade formalities.
• Prepares calculations on structured trades for expiries, coupons, and pay-offs using data from Bloomberg and other sources.
• Books Structured Products into front office systems across ETPs, notes, and exotic structures.
• Collaborates with sales and trading to expand ETP business, onboard trades, and automate workflows.
• Participates in projects to reduce manual labour, strengthen controls, and mitigate input errors.
• Identifies opportunities to cut manual work per trade and reduce costs with other JPM teams.
• Improves daily processes to reduce risks and support new business activities.
