Job summary

STACK Infrastructure, based in London, seeks an Environmental Manager to lead regional environmental strategy across the EMEA portfolio. You will partner with EHS, project, facility and sustainability teams to enhance environmental performance, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across data centres.

This role requires engagement with multiple countries and projects, strong environmental expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an environmental role within data centres.
• Knowledge of regional environmental legislation.
• Experience in critical systems environments and construction methods.
• Environmental qualification; NEBOSH preferred.
• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 lead auditor training desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English; proficient MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Represent STACK as environmental lead across EMEA.
• Establish and maintain ISO 14001 compliant EMS.
• Monitor environmental performance and develop inspection schedules.
• Report KPIs and lead improvement opportunities.
• Guide incident management and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with EHS, project, facility, and sustainability teams.
• Engage with external authorities and enforce compliance.
• Identify training needs and share best practices.
• Promote environmental topics in EHS forums.
