Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an environmental role, preferably in data centres or critical facilities.
• Knowledge of environmental legislation across the region and how to apply it.
• Experience with ISO 14001/ISO 45001 frameworks is desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Represent the environmental lead across the EMEA portfolio and ensure compliance.
• Establish and maintain an ISO 14001-compliant EMS and legal registers.
• Monitor environmental performance and develop inspection schedules.
• Develop and report environmental KPIs, and drive continual improvement.
• Provide environmental guidance on incidents and lead RCA investigations.
• Collaborate with EHS, project, facility, and sustainability teams across regions.
• Engage with external authorities and stakeholders on environmental matters.
• Identify training needs and share learnings across STACK portfolio.
• Promote environmental topics through forums and meetings.
