Job summary

TrueCommerce is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Management (EMEA) to lead a team responsible for a portfolio of enterprise accounts across EMEA. You will own retention, growth, and relationship strength, directing Account and Key Account Managers to deliver proactive engagement and executive-level relationships.

The role demands a customer-focused, commercially minded leader with a track record of coaching high-performing teams, shaping strategic account plans, and driving measurable retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience preferred.
• 6+ years of Account Management or Customer Success experience including enterprise or strategic accounts.
• 3+ years managing a quota-carrying team responsible for growth and net retention.
• Proven success growing large, complex enterprise accounts and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Carry a quota for the portfolio, taking personal accountability for net retention and growth targets.
• Lead the team accountable for net retention, add-ons, and upsell performance across enterprise accounts in EMEA.
• Establish proactive executive-level engagement models to strengthen renewals, expansion, and advocacy.
