The R&A is seeking an EMEA Engineering (MEP) Lead to oversee Hard FM and engineering services across about 40 sites in 19 countries. The role is senior and client-facing, combining strategic leadership with commercial responsibility and governance.

You will lead a small team, manage budgets, SLAs, and drive improvements, while traveling internationally about once or twice per month to support delivery and integration of new sites.

Formación

• Extensive senior leadership experience in engineering or hard services management.
• Proven track record delivering across multi-site portfolios.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Knowledge of statutory health and safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of Hard FM and engineering services across a multi-country portfolio.
• Manage engineering budgets, forecasts, procurement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee maintenance strategies, schedules and service delivery standards across sites.
• Lead and support engineering teams, site facilities managers and external service partners.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure contractual obligations and service standards are achieved.
• Maintain statutory compliance, health and safety standards, risk management and engineering governance.
• Conduct engineering audits and drive consistent maintenance practices across the portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and regional business partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, sustainability and energy performance.
• Support client accreditations, certifications and wider compliance programmes.
• Use performance data and technology to identify improvements and deliver measurable results.
