Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales in good standing.
• Strong grounding in UK employment law, including key statutes.

Responsibilities

• Advise on end-to-end UK/EMEA employment matters for the business.
• Provide pragmatic, risk-based employment law guidance to non-legal partners.
• Partner with People team to support compliant decision-making across jurisdictions.
• Assist with disputes, investigations, and worker relations issues as needed.
• Draft and maintain employment templates and policies across UK/EMEA.
