Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in debt capital markets, project finance, or asset finance is a plus.
• Ability to manage end-to-end financing transactions across structuring, diligence, negotiation, and closing.

• Support early scoping of financing strategies with Treasury.
• Partner with leadership to address financing needs at project planning outset.
• Provide early-stage financing strategy support for EMEA projects.
