Job summary

Citi London seeks a senior leader to co-head the EMEA electronic execution franchise, driving strategy, growth and client delivery across algorithmic trading, DMA and SOR. You will partner with sales, tech, and quants to scale platforms while upholding regulatory standards and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in electronic equity execution (Director+).
• Proven track record building and scaling electronic trading businesses.
• Strong client relationship and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the EMEA electronic execution franchise with strategic direction.
• Own key institutional client relationships and translate market insight into product/tech improvements.
• Collaborate with Prime Services, product teams, quants and technology to expand reach.
• Oversee development of low-latency execution algorithms and monitor TCA.
• Drive cross-functional programs while ensuring risk governance and regulatory compliance.
