Job summary

Faria Education Group is seeking a Project Manager to own a portfolio of client school implementations from scope to handover. You will translate school needs into clear tech requirements, manage schedules, and communicate with in-person and virtual stakeholders to ensure successful rollouts.

You will build detailed project plans, partner with internal teams, and guide school leaders through change, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery and strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience with external clients in SaaS/EdTech or professional services.
• Proven ability to own full project lifecycles from scope to closure.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and advisory capacity with school leadership.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: manage projects from kickoff to closure with documented scope.
• Client Advisory: primary contact for school leaders to guide goals and change.
• Technical & Business Translation: convert educational needs into clear tech requirements.
