Job summary

InterSystems is seeking a Director of Technical Implementation, EMEA, based in Windsor, UK, to unify regional delivery into a scalable, standardized function. You will lead cross-country technical delivery, enforce governance, and drive AI-enabled quality improvements across InterSystems EHR and HealthShare projects.

You will transform operations, manage capacity and resources, collaborate with country leaders, and embed ARIES methodologies to improve predictability and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical delivery or leadership.
• Proven multi-country implementation program leadership.
• Experience in healthcare IT or enterprise software.
• Strong architectures, integration, and data platforms knowledge.
• Experience with resource management and forecasting.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and unify all Technical Implementation teams across EMEA under a single functional structure.
• Define and enforce technical implementation best practices, governance, and quality frameworks.
• Align with country leadership to support annual project targets while leveraging regional synergies.
• Drive cross-country collaboration and resource optimization across the region.
• Own regional capacity planning, forecasting, and utilization using data and AI insights.
• Oversee partner strategy, onboarding, and performance management.
• Embed ARIES AI methodologies across all delivery activities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to delivery quality and efficiency.
• Support country Directors in achieving project success with strong technical oversight.
• Lead continuous improvement, reusable assets, automation, and standardization.
