Department Overview

The EMEA Digital Marketing team sits within Consumer Marketing and drives customer acquisition and demand across the region, managing a performance media portfolio of more than €20M a year across Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, Performance Influencer, SEO and Display. Reporting into the Senior Director, Consumer Marketing & Analytics, you will lead a team of six channel specialists and agency partners during a maternity cover period, shaping how the business invests in growth and bringing our Media Mix Modelling insights to life.

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Performance Lead

EMEA digital marketing strategy and performance across Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, Performance Influencer and emerging commerce channels. Own cross‑channel investment planning, forecasting and budget allocation to maximise revenue growth and marketing efficiency. Monitor performance across channels and markets, identifying risks, opportunities and clear actions to improve results. Support strategic planning, testing programmes and continuous optimisation across the digital marketing portfolio.

Paid Search Leadership

Act as the senior subject matter expert for Paid Search and Shopping across the region. Provide strategic oversight of campaign structure, bidding, budgeting, automation, Performance Max and product feed optimisation. Partner with SEO and AEO teams to maximise overall search and LLM visibility.

Measurement & Insight

Use multiple measurement approaches, including analytics, platform data and Media Mix Modelling, to improve investment decisions and drive incremental growth. Lead the interpretation and adoption of Media Mix Modelling findings, turning insights into clear budget and channel recommendations.

Team & Partner Leadership

Lead and develop a team of six channel specialists, including three direct reports, providing direction, prioritisation and support while maintaining clear accountability. Manage agency and partner relationships, ensuring high standards of execution, insight, reporting and innovation.

Stakeholder Management

Represent Digital Marketing in senior stakeholder forums, providing clear performance updates and investment recommendations. Partner closely with Ecommerce, Brand, CRM, Analytics, Finance and Global teams to align marketing activity with wider business objectives.

You’ll Need to Have

Significant experience leading multi-channel digital marketing programmes and media investment, ideally within retail, fashion, ecommerce or consumer brands. Proven people leadership experience, guiding specialist teams and agency partners. Experience managing budgets, forecasts and investment reallocations across channels and markets. Knowledge of marketing measurement, including digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics), incrementality testing and Media Mix Modelling. A highly commercial and analytical approach, comfortable translating data into actionable business decisions. Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead both strategic conversations and detailed channel reviews. A collaborative, team‑oriented approach to problem‑solving, with the resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
