Job summary

Dowty, a GE Aerospace company, seeks a Customer Program Engineer to join our onsite team in Brockworth, Gloucestershire. You’ll be the voice of our customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and travel up to 70–80% to support operations and training.

You will collaborate with in-region MROs, airframe partners, and our engineering and leadership teams to drive improvements and ensure customer satisfaction across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated aerospace environment performing aircraft or engine maintenance.
• Experience delivering technical training.
• Customer-facing and/or commercial experience.
• Track record of managing work against KPIs, priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including to Africa and the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer in the business and advocate for their needs.
• Capture feedback from repairs, training, MRO visits and conferences and translate into evidence-based insights.
• Deliver quarterly updates to stakeholders on trends, risks and actions.
• Close the loop by informing customers of actions taken in response to feedback.
• Support on-site repairs and provide technical support in-region.
• Assist MRO partners and airframe partners with technical guidance.
• Plan and deliver regional training content tailored to experience levels.
