Job summary

Dowty, a GE Aerospace company, is seeking a Customer Program Engineer to join our onsite team at Brockworth, Gloucestershire. You will be the voice of our customers, supporting civil customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The role involves on-site repairs, training and advising, and traveling up to 70–80% to Africa, the Middle East and parts of Europe as needed. You will liaise with in-region MROs and airframe partners, acting as the bridge between customers and our engineering,

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated aerospace environment performing aircraft or engine maintenance.
• Experience delivering technical training.
• Customer-facing and/or commercial experience.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Willingness to travel up to Africa and the Middle East; work independently and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Capture customer and partner feedback during repairs, training, MRO visits and conferences, and turn it into clear, evidence-based insight.
• Deliver quarterly updates to key stakeholders covering trends, risks and actions.
• Advocate for customers internally and follow issues through to resolution.
• Close the loop by informing customers what was done with their feedback.
• Provide on-site repairs and technical support for in-region customers.
• Plan and deliver technical training to customers and partners across the region.
