Job summary

Schroders is seeking a Credit Analyst to join the EMEA Credit Research team in London. You will conduct fundamental credit research on European corporate issuers and assess business, financial and sustainability risk profiles for informed investment ideas.

The role sits in the Credit Research team, focused on investment-grade, high-yield and loan issuers across multiple sectors, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and timely analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in a single name investment environment.
• Proven investment and/or financial analysis experience at the corporate entity level.
• Strong academic record, first degree or CFA progress.
• Demonstrated research capability in educational history or previous work experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business, financial and sustainability risk profiles of covered issuers.
• Communicate risk and valuation to Schroders credit PMs using internal framework.
• Collaborate with the desk to deliver alpha-generating investment ideas.
