About Us

Schroders is a global investment manager which provides active asset management, wealth management and investment solutions. We aim to provide excellent investment performance to clients through active management. We serve a diverse client base that includes pension schemes, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, foundations, high net worth individuals, family offices, as well as end clients through partnerships with distributors, financial advisers, and online platforms.

The London-based EMEA team currently consists of thirteen analysts covering investment grade, high yield and loan issuers across the full range of industry sectors.

What you'll do

The basis of the role is to be able to analyse and understand the business, financial and sustainability risk profiles of the companies under coverage as well as the legal structure of their debt securities. An overall assessment of risk and valuation of these factors will then be communicated to the Schroders credit PMs using our proprietary framework. The successful candidate will be expected to work as part of a team with our entire desk to deliver alpha generating investment ideas for clients.
