Equinix seeks a Corporate Development Director for EMEA to lead end-to-end M&A, JV and strategic initiatives across the region. You will partner with senior leaders to drive planning, due diligence and execution of complex transactions, including real estate investments and capex alignment.

The role requires extensive transaction experience, strong financial modelling, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, or TMT preferred.
• Experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or corporate finance/development at a tech firm.
• Strong commercial judgment, work ethic, professionalism and intellectual curiosity.
• Undergraduate degree with strong academic background; MBA, CFA or CPA preferred but not required.

• Lead end-to-end M&A deals, joint ventures, market monitoring and strategic assessment across EMEA.
• Develop internal consulting capabilities to support strategic planning and real estate investments.
• Manage regional deal lifecycle from origination through signing with senior leadership.
• Develop deal valuation frameworks and transaction timelines for Senior Executive discussions.
