Job summary

MMR Research Worldwide seeks an EMEA Project Delivery Lead to oversee consumer research projects across the UK and Europe, including face-to-face fieldwork and global online methodologies. You will lead a Project Delivery team, act as senior escalation for operational challenges, and build strong supplier partnerships to ensure top-quality execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in research operations, fieldwork, project delivery, or supplier management across markets and methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with coaching and development experience.
• Expertise in managing complex projects, risks, and delivery challenges in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier management, with influencing and performance-driving abilities.
• Commercially minded and solutions-focused, balancing quality, cost, timelines and client expectations.
• Continuous improvement mindset, embedding best practices and leveraging technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of consumer research fieldwork across UK/Europe and global online methodologies, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing Project Delivery team.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex projects, supplier, and stakeholder challenges; drive timely resolution.
• Oversee project risk management; identify issues early and manage proactively.
• Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships; monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Establish delivery standards, quality controls, and processes across methodologies.
