MMR Research Worldwide in the UK is seeking a senior Project Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of consumer research projects across the UK and Europe, including face-to-face fieldwork and global online studies.

You will lead a Project Delivery team, act as the senior escalation point for complex operational challenges, manage supplier partnerships, and drive continuous improvement to shape best practices across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in research operations, fieldwork, project delivery, or supplier management across multiple markets and methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to manage risk and resolve delivery challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the successful delivery of consumer research fieldwork across the UK & Europe and global online methodologies, ensuring quality, consistency, and operational excellence.
• Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing Project Delivery team, building capability, resilience, and best practice.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex project, supplier, and stakeholder challenges, driving timely and effective resolution.
• Oversee project risk management, ensuring issues are identified early and managed proactively.
• Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain delivery standards, quality controls, and operational processes across all methodologies.
• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to align priorities, share knowledge, and support successful project outcomes.
• Champion innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement, translating project learnings into scalable processes, SOPs, and smarter ways of working.
