Job summary

RS Group is seeking a Communications Manager - EMEA for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role combines internal and external communications leadership across the EMEA region, with a focus on engagement, culture, and brand messaging.

You will develop narratives, partner with regional teams, and support key events and leadership forums to strengthen RS’s presence across markets. Hybrid work from Manchester, London or Corby offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in external or internal communications.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Knowledge of internal channels to best use to deliver messages.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver internal communications that align with global and EMEA goals.
• Lead communications for change projects across the region.
• Create clear messages for areas like Product, Go to Market, and Supply Chain.
• Coordinate event communications and stakeholder engagement for strategic EMEA events.
