Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Collections Manager to lead the EMEA Collections team in Manchester, blending leadership with hands-on oversight of collections activities. Based in a hybrid setting with 4 days in the office and 1 from home, you will partner with Finance Shared Services and stakeholders to optimize cash flow and risk management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CICM qualification advantageous.
• Experience in B2B credit and collections with leadership responsibility.
• Experience in a SOX-controlled environment and supporting audit activities.
• Ability to analyse financial statements, credit reports, and customer payment behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Collections Specialists for the EMEA portfolio.
• Oversee A/R ageing reviews, collections, and escalations for high-risk accounts.
• Drive timely cash collection while preserving customer relationships and minimizing risk.
• Conduct credit reviews and set appropriate credit limits and terms.
• Manage SOX controls across order-to-cash and support audits.
