Job summary

CDW, a Fortune 500 technology solutions provider, is seeking a Collections Manager in the United Kingdom. You will manage the Corporate and International Collection Team to meet cash targets and minimise aged debt, while ensuring high levels of customer service.

You will lead from the front, drive process improvements, promote GETPAID usage, and coordinate with sales and other stakeholders to maintain accuracy in the sales ledger and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience of Credit Control processes.
• Analytical skills with ability to interpret complex payment scenarios.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Keep a sustained daily/monthly drive towards achieving cash targets.
• Work closely with the Head Collections and Team 1 Collections Manager to support initiatives and process improvement.
• Not accepting of the status quo – it cannot be done.
• Ensure full adoption of GETPAID and be the Day to Day Owner.
• Promote the consistent use and interpretation of Dispute Codes.
• Lead with and set the standard for great communication, both written and verbal.
• Maintain professional standards with co-workers and other teams even under provocation.
