Job summary

Accuray in the United Kingdom seeks a clinically credible Account Manager to own and grow installed base accounts, serving as the primary contact to drive long-term customer success and satisfaction with our radiotherapy solutions.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Training and Clinical Applications to translate customer value into actions, expand revenue through upgrades and new opportunities, and travel up to 50% for on-site engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical background in radiotherapy, oncology, or medical physics.
• Proven customer-facing experience with sales or account management.
• Ability to drive business within an installed base and develop opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop installed base accounts to improve long-term customer success.
• Build trust-based relationships with clinical, technical and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer voice and guide processes.
• Drive revenue growth through upgrades, service offerings and new opportunities.
• Support the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
