Job summary

Hagerty is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to supervise the client services and consignment teams across pre-sale, auction, and post-sale operations for a premier collector car marketplace.

You will lead a distributed team, set service standards, oversee consignment preparation, bidder registration and on-site execution, and resolve post-sale issues while collaborating with senior leadership in EMEA and finance. Flexible UK remote work with hybrid options is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong client service and relationship management experience in auctions or high-end hospitality.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-touch client experience across pre-sale, onsite, and post-sale interactions.
• Oversee consignment packages, fees, and auction standards.
• Manage bidder registration and auction logistics.
• Provide on-site leadership at collector car auctions.
• Oversee post-sale invoicing, transport, and resolution of issues.
