Job summary

Hagerty is seeking a Client Services Manager, EMEA, to lead a high-touch team delivering exceptional service across Broad Arrow auctions and private sales. You will ensure precise client engagement, oversee pre-sale to post-sale processes, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

The role requires strong relationship management experience in auction or luxury hospitality, team leadership, and a keen eye for detail. Hybrid work within the UK is available with travel for events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong client service or relationship management experience.
• Previous experience managing a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across the client services function, including pre-sale, onsite, and post-sale interactions.
• Oversee consignment preparation, auction logistics, bidder credentialing, and client communications.
• Lead on-site execution at auctions and coordination with operations and administration teams.
• Own post-sale invoicing, transportation coordination, and issue resolution with buyers and sellers.
• Collaborate with the VP of Sales, EMEA and the Director of Financial Services to deliver a best-in-class client experience.
