Job summary

Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA) is seeking an experienced claims administrator to ensure UK and CE treaty claims are correctly managed and reported. You will compile data for accounting, valuation systems and regulatory returns, while maintaining complete claim records and timely reporting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, good interpersonal abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines within a global reinsurance environment.

• Experience in a similar role.
• Strong IT skills; advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues across levels.
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with reinsurance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure claims administration for all business adheres to RGA treaties and provide data for input to accounting records and regulatory returns.
• Provide claims administration data to retrocession clients, including International Retro Pool, timely and accurately.
• Fully document claims administration processes and procedures.
• Carry out monthly, quarterly and annual claims reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide data for claims audits and any ad hoc data requests as required.
• Maintain accurate claim records ensuring data integrity across accounts and datasets.
• Collaborate across Admin Operations to support process improvement and automation initiatives.
