Job summary
RGA seeks a Regional Head of Underwriting, Claims & Biometric Risk to lead the EMEA function from the UK. You will shape regional strategy, drive biometric risk initiatives, and partner with technology, data and analytics to transform underwriting and claims practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
- Postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 10+ years senior experience in life/health insurance or reinsurance.
- Proven senior leadership in strategic, operational, transformation initiatives.
- Experience with complex operating models, governance and technology-enabled change.
- Track record in data-driven risk assessment and commercial growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead unified EMEA underwriting, claims, medical and biometric risk strategy.
- Drive transformation across people, processes and systems using data and AI.
- Establish ownership, governance and operating model principles for the region.
- Appoint leaders and subject-matter experts to enable delivery.
- Collaborate with executive teams and external partners to drive growth.
