Job summary

Nomura is seeking a proactive Campus Recruiter to lead recruitment initiatives across Europe, the Middle East and Africa from our London area hub. You will partner with COOs, HR Business Partners and university contacts to execute a joined-up early careers strategy.

You will manage interview scheduling, offers and the internship pipeline while monitoring market trends and recruitment metrics to continuously improve the process.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive campus recruiting across EMEA, creatively and strategically.
• Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders including COOs, HR partners and student bodies.
• Project-manage university events (career fairs, workshops, case studies, presentations).
• Plan and execute candidate interviews, collect feedback, and coordinate offers.
• Monitor and drive the offer process for all candidates.
• Support end-to-end in internship programs and share feedback with the business.
• Track recruitment trends, market intelligence and benchmark against competitors.
• Maintain and report recruitment metrics.
