Job summary

Nomura is recruiting an Early Careers Recruiter - Associate to drive campus recruitment across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region and partner with COOs, HR and talent boards. You will own interview coordination, concept promotions, and the internship pipeline end-to-end.

With a university degree and strong communication, you will build relationships across universities and internal teams, plan events, and help shape the early careers strategy for Nomura in London.

Qualifications

• University graduate with campus recruitment experience or senior coordination in financial institutions.
• Strong oral and written communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to build internal/external relationships and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Proven project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive campus recruitment across EMEA and build partnerships with COOs, Junior Talent Board and HR Business Partners.
• Represent Nomura at university events and manage interviews and offers end-to-end.
• Coordinate internship programs and monitor the offer process for candidates.
• Gather feedback from interns and assist in final hiring decisions.
