Nomura in London is seeking an Early Careers Recruiter to lead campus recruitment across EMEA within the Investment Banking and Global Markets divisions. You will partner with COOs, HR business partners and university contacts to promote internships and entry-level programs.

You will plan and run university events, manage the interview process, gather feedback and support hiring decisions, while reporting on recruitment metrics and market trends to drive strategy.

Qualifications

• University graduate.
• Experience as a Campus Recruiter or Senior Coordinator in a financial institution preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication and relationship management.
• Ability to develop internal and external relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Results-focused with ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
• Strong project management and Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive campus recruitment across EMEA in collaboration with HR and business leaders.
• Build partnerships with COOs, HR partners, and university contacts to execute a joined Early Careers strategy.
• Attend university events and manage campaigns to promote Nomura brand and programs.
• Plan, run and coordinate candidate interviews; collect feedback and coordinate offers.
• Monitor offers and support end-to-end internship and early career programs.
• Report recruitment metrics and market trends to inform strategy.
