Equifind is seeking a Benefits Administrator to own and optimize benefits and pensions across EMEA within a leading financial services environment. You will work with employees, senior stakeholders and external providers to ensure accurate, compliant benefits delivery and continuous process improvements.

The role involves managing enrolments, pension assessments, open enrolment and data accuracy, with hybrid working and a focus on risk management and stakeholder advisory.

Qualificações

• 3+ years' benefits administration experience in financial services or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of benefits and pensions.
• Advanced Excel skills with high attention to detail.
• Confidently advise stakeholders and resolve issues independently.
• Proactive approach to compliance, vendor management and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Own benefits administration across EMEA, incl. enrolments, changes and leavers.
• Manage monthly pension assessments and contributions per local regs.
• Lead open enrolment, including employee communications and sessions.
• Advise employees and senior stakeholders on benefits and pensions queries.
• Manage external providers, ensuring service levels and issue resolution.
• Oversee audit prep, tax reporting (incl. P11D) and data accuracy.
• Identify risks and drive improvements to processes, controls and systems.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance and external providers, validating data in Excel.
