Job summary

Broadcom Software is seeking a technical leader to head up Application Engineering for vKS in the EMEA region, aligning enterprise customers with Broadcom's Kubernetes platform strategy.

As regional lead, you will define implementation patterns, mentor a team of application engineers, and partner with customers and ecosystem teams to accelerate adoption of vKS and VMware Cloud Foundation across diverse private cloud environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise application engineering.
• 5+ years in cloud-native/Kubernetes platforms.
• Proven record leading regional technical teams across a geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Define regional vKS implementation and scaling strategies.
• Lead a regional team of Application Engineers across EMEA.
• Engage with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders to drive adoption of vKS and VCF.
• Collaborate with sales, PS, and delivery for technical validation and handoffs.
• Capture customer feedback to influence product direction.
