• Minimum 10 years of B2B digital marketing experience in technology sectors.
• Experience in AI marketing adoption and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead four direct reports: two digital marketers and two paid media managers.
• Oversee six-month planning across GTM strategies and campaign pillars, aligning priorities, budgets and content.
• Plan quarterly budgets and performance forecasts, reporting on pipeline contribution and optimization opportunities.
• Align with global teams on paid media, AI and digital marketing best practices.
• Own AI marketing initiatives and contribute to corporate AI programs.
