Fortinet Inc. is seeking an EMEA AI Marketing, Paid Media & Digital Marketing Lead to develop scalable, data-driven marketing across the region. You will lead four direct reports and coordinate with global teams to maximise paid media, AI initiatives and digital experiences.

The role connects AI marketing, paid media, and nurture programmes to engage prospects and customers throughout their lifecycle, driving regional GTM strategy and six-month planning cycles.

Qualifications

• Senior-level B2B digital marketing experience in technology sectors.
• Experience leading AI marketing adoption with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing marketing professionals.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong expertise in paid media strategy, planning and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop four digital marketing and paid media professionals.
• Oversee six-month planning across GTM strategies and pillars, budgeting and activation schedules.
• Plan quarterly budget and forecast, report on results and pipeline impact.
• Align with global teams on paid media and digital marketing best practices.
• Own EMEA AI marketing initiatives, adoption, measurement and business cases.
• Lead localisation and GEO-focused website strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Direct agency delivery, testing, and optimisation against objectives.
• Oversee virtual events, webinars and nurture programs across the region.
