Job summary

HackerOne is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region, with a remote-first approach and a London-friendly footprint. You will manage customer portfolios across the EMEA lifecycle, driving onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion, while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support.

You will deliver executive reviews, provide training, and capture feedback to shape product enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or related customer-facing role.
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers across the EMEA region from onboarding through renewal.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Support to meet customer milestones.
• Deliver executive business reviews and strategic presentations.
• Provide customer training and adoption guidance for the HackerOne platform.
• Gather feedback and advocate for product improvements based on customer needs.
• Support escalations and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
