Job summary

Marc Daniels is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for the EMEA region. You will handle supplier invoices, POs, VAT and reconcile supplier statements across 11 entities. The role requires 2+ years in AP, strong Excel and D365 proficiency, and effective stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' Accounts Payable experience on a similar role, processing throughout EMEA.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities and communication skills.
• Good understanding and proficiency in Accounts Payable and best practice.
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with D365.

Responsibilities

• Process all supplier purchase invoices, refunds and T&E within the 48 hour SLA.
• Match invoices with relevant approved and receipted Purchase Orders.
• Prepare frequent payments runs and post bank entries.
• Complete bank reconciliations and VAT accounting for submissions.
• Maintain supplier information and reconcile statements monthly.
• Support internal and external audit processes and month-end reconciliations.
