Job summary

Corston Sinclair Ltd is seeking an on-site embroidery and garment printing operator to run multi-head embroidery machines and heat transfer printing on school uniforms. You will ensure logos, names and sizes are accurate, and finish by picking and packing garments for dispatch.

Role requires careful handwork, attention to detail and the ability to manage production with ERP/stock systems. Weekly hours include peak-season flexibility and on-site team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience operating commercial embroidery or garment printing.
• Ability to hooped garments, change threads and set up designs accurately.
• Familiarity with multi-head embroidery equipment (e.g. Tajima, Brother, Barudan).
• Experience using heat press/DTF transfer printing is a plus.
• A working knowledge of ERP/stock systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run embroidery machines, hoop garments and check logos, sizes and thread colours.
• Apply logos and text using heat press or transfers and verify print quality.
• Process orders, pick and pack finished garments and log production data.
• Liaise with suppliers and store teams to manage stock and deliveries.
