LinuxRecruit seeks an embedded Talent Acquisition Partner to work directly with client organisations as their internal recruitment extension. You will own end-to-end technical hiring across software, AI, ML, and data disciplines, working closely with founders and engineering leaders to align hiring with growth objectives.

• Experience in internal Talent Acquisition, embedded recruitment, or RPO environments.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with founders, engineering leaders and hiring managers.
• Experience developing recruitment strategies and scalable hiring solutions.
• Strong direct sourcing capabilities for technical talent.

• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across software engineering, AI, ML, data and related disciplines.
• Translate growth objectives into effective hiring plans and workforce planning.
