Newton Colmore Consulting is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer for its medical devices division in Cambridge. You will tackle highly complex embedded software challenges, applying C++ and related languages to develop cutting-edge medical devices.

Qualifications
- We require experience as an Embedded Software Engineer with a strong track record in C and other software languages.
- Experience in healthcare embedded software or similar complex domains is preferred.
- Strong engineering fundamentals demonstrated through studies or professional experience.
- A degree in software, biomedical, engineering, physics, mathematics or related Embedded C field is required.
- Candidates should enjoy challenging physics or mathematical problem solving and evidence this in their CV or interests.
Responsibilities
- Develop brand new, highly complex medical devices.
- Solve complex embedded software problems, often as the sole Embedded Software Engineer on a project.
- Apply software, physics and mathematics knowledge to technical problem solving.
- Contribute to development of some of the most complex technologies in our field.
