Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking an Embedded Software Architect to shape software-defined combat air capabilities for next-generation aircraft. You will define software architectures, roadmaps, and integration approaches, ensuring safety, security and integrity for military aerospace platforms throughout the lifecycle.

The role offers influence over advanced sensing architectures and requires leadership across technical teams, with opportunities to collaborate with customers and partners on capability

We are seeking Embedded Software Architects to support the development of software-defined combat air capabilities for the next generation of combat aircraft.

You will be responsible for defining software architectures, technical roadmaps and integration approaches that esupport rapid capability insertion and through life evolution within softare defined combat air systems, while maintaining the safety, security and integrity required for military aerospace platforms..

This role offers an opportunity to influence future combat air capability through the development, integration and optimisation of advanced sensing architectures, supporting delivery across the full engineering lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain software architectures.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related STEM discipline.
• Applications are also welcomed from individuals with significant demonstrable experience who don’t hold formal qualifications.
