Job summary

SoCode Limited is seeking a hands-on System Integration & Test Engineer to join a multidisciplinary Product and Platform team in Cambridge. You will define test plans, create testing setups, and perform manual testing across embedded software, electronics, and RF interfaces.

Work with system engineers, hardware teams and backend/frontend squads; multi-site collaboration is required. 3 days onsite in Cambridge, 1-year contract with extension potential.

Qualifications

• Define test plans and test design documentation.
• Create test setups and perform hands-on validation.
• Debug complex embedded systems across hardware/software.
• Test protocols over RF and wired interfaces.
• Understand IoT systems, RF comms and hardware interfaces.
• Troubleshoot with standard test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Define detailed test plans and test cases.
• Create testing setups and implement them hands-on.
• Execute manual testing and produce clear reports.
• Debug complex systems with focus on embedded/electronics.
• Collaborate with product/platform teams across sites.
