Job summary

HP4 Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a proactive Security Systems Service Technician to provide on-site technical support for CCTV, access control, intercom and network systems. You will coordinate reactive and planned maintenance, troubleshoot faults and support upgrades while liaising with clients and vendors to maintain high service standards.

The role is site-based with 40 hours per week and rotating shifts, offering company laptop, mobile phone, and tools along with a workplace pension

Qualifications

• Experience with CCTV, access control, intercom and network devices.
• Strong knowledge of high-end electronic security systems.
• Good IT and software troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.

• Liaise with vendors, engineers and management teams to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure all works are completed efficiently and in line with client requirements.

Skills & Experience

• Strong technical knowledge of high-end electronic security systems.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, intercom and associated network devices.
• Good IT and software troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Manufacturer certifications would be beneficial.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Location: Site-based in London.
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift pattern.
• Shifts: 7:00 am-3:00 pm, 9:00 am-5:00 pm or 1:00 pm-9:00 pm.
• Holidays: 23 days plus bank holidays.
