Job summary
Oxford Flow seeks an experienced Embedded Electronics & Firmware Engineer to lead the embedded domain within the Innovation / R&D team in Witney. You will own hardware and firmware for STM32-based products, shaping requirements and coordinating with external partners to deliver a robust, manufacturable controller.
You will also enhance existing sensor solutions and contribute to the wider product roadmap, communicating technical concepts clearly in reviews and presentations within a rigorous
Qualifications
- Degree in Electronic, Electrical or related Engineering discipline; HNC route considered with experience.
- Several years of embedded electronics/firmware experience; senior-level capable.
Responsibilities
- Design embedded hardware (schematic, PCB, bring-up) for new and existing products.
- Develop, test and maintain embedded firmware (C/C++) for STM32-based products.
- Provide technical leadership on embedded electronics and firmware; manage contracted partners.
- Create and review technical documentation to support development and release.
- Plan and execute verification and validation testing of electronics and firmware.
- Present progress and technical findings to teams and stakeholders.
